The Braun Entervan ADA Transit
Vehicle—for light transit applications. With up to two wheelchair
securement positions, the innovative design guarantees ADA
compliance along with the maneuverability and convenience of a
Chrysler minivan.
The Braun Entervan ADA Transit Vehicle—features a 56" door and a
571/2" interior height. The lightweight aluminum ramp meets all
dimensional and slope requirements set forth by ADA as well. Other
ADA features include a ramp light which fully illuminates the
entrance, applicable ADA signage, 30/20 tested wheelchair tie-down
positions, and an interlock system designed to eliminate operator
error. The Entervan can seat up to seven passengers with the
optional 125 Fold-A-Way Two-Passenger Seat and the apporpriate
Chrysler optional suspension package.
The Braun Entervan ADA Transit Vehicle—the driver-side sliding
door has been lowered to match the low floor level, leaving no
obstructions for the attendant or ambulatory passengers to step
over. All Braun-built components are electronically powder-coated
for maximum durability. The flooring consists of plywood covered
with commercial-grade rubber. utilizing the original leaf springs
supplied by Chrysler, the suspension provides a smooth,
comfortable ride. And, to ensure your customers' safety, the
Entervan has been successfully crash tested and has passed the
Altoona Testing.
